Mexican culture loves to throw a great party, and so do we! Intelligent, stylish hacienda design meets the definitive southwest Agava Library. Small batch cocktails flow from taps while soft candles and intoxicating Latin rhythms set the tone….local ingredients, fresh fish, and a live wood grill come together to create a menu of handmade – everything. 

This versatile room seats up to 108 people and is great for large parties, group dining and social events! Inspired by a traditional Spanish wine cellar, this room offers an intimate setting for a luxurious dining experience or elevated fiesta.

The Cava

This newly renovated, cozy private dining room has three wall-mounted fireplaces and looks out to the Bellagio-style Legacy fountain. The room can accommodate 50 guests comfortably and is perfect for all your dining needs.
